Delivery and Returns PolicyDelivery of ProductsWe will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.If you do not take delivery of the products as a result of providing us with inadequate delivery details, no refunds will be made. ReturnsOur returns policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. However, in the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged, customers should notify us within three working days by telephone or email and should return the goods to us in the original packaging within seven days so that we can replace them. Reasonable postage costs will be repaid to the customer for the return of damaged goods. Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility during transit and until signed for by us. Goods must be returned complete including all packaging. If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete and will be returned to you. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund, Purely for You. will credit your credit/debit card, provided the products are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, are in a re-saleable condition, unopened and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund the costs for any return postage you may incur. Any order may be cancelled within seven days of being placed, upon written notification. Where orders are cancelled prior to dispatch, no postage charges shall be levied. This does not affect your statutory rights. Orders cannot be cancelled once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected. If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the dispatch date, you should contact Customer Services. If we are unable to locate the missing product we will send you a replacement. |
